A little nap help due to excessive pressure in hypertensive patients

Spring people easily sleepy, take a nap at noon, the afternoon can guarantee a job can be full of go. The United States a new study found that, if the working pressure is the ambassador of people with elevated blood pressure, may wish to have a little nap, it will help to lower blood pressure.

This study is the United States of America Allegheny college researchers completed. Research on physical health but the spirit pressure college students mental pressure test, and then they were divided into two groups, one group can nap every day for about 1 hours, another group of napping.

It was found, in spite of all college students in mental stress tests, blood pressure and pulse rate are increased, but the nap had at least 45 bell students, their average blood pressure lower than the napping students.

The researchers point out, the nap may help reduce because of the high pressure caused by hypertension, so as to maintain cardiovascular health effects. The result of this study published in the new issue of " International Journal of behavioral medicine ".
