One, reasonable diet

1 the importance of diet for hypertension: hunger breeds discontentment, reasonable diet can make you do not lean nor fat, cholesterol is not high not low.

In 2 patients with hypertension diet taboo:

carbohydrate food:

Suitable for food - rice, porridge, noodles, pasta, soup, Gefen, taros, soft pulses.

Should avoid food - Sweet Potato ( arising from the ventral gas food ), dried beans, rich biscuit.

protein food : beef, pork, poultry, eggs, fish, milk, dairy products ( milk, ice cream, yeast cream, cheese ), soybean products ( tofu, bean, soybean powder, oily bean curd )

Should avoid food, fatty foods ( cattle, pigs, pork spare-rib, whales, herring, tuna, processed products ( sausage )

The fat class food

Suitable for food, vegetable oil, a small amount of cream, salad dressing

Should avoid food - animal oil, lard, bacon, sardine

The vitamin, mineral food suitable for food - vegetables ( spinach, cabbage, carrot, tomato, eggplant, lily root, pumpkin, cucumber fruits ( Apple ), orange, pear, grape, watermelon )

Algae, fungi should be cooked before eating.

Should avoid hard foods --- fiber vegetables ( burdock, bamboo shoots, beans )

Strong irritant vegetables (spicy vegetables, Mans coriander, mustard, onion, mustard )

Suitable for food - fragrant tea, yeast, milk beverage

Should avoid food, spices ( pepper, curry powder ) alcoholic beverages, food ( salt leaching into vegetables, pickles, coffee into caviar )
